Having travelled back from an interestiing conference at Claridges I find a letter from another company threatening legal action because our names are similar.  At the same time, checking e-mails I notice one from a Compliance unit reference a case.  Immediately I "blow my top".  Down tools and retire for a bath.  Subsequently, having expected the worse, I open up my e-mail and it simply says.  Great case well done.

So..lesson learnt.  Do not assume something and become negative, before you have checked the reality

Transformations

The seminar with David and Gavin was very good and a great opportunity to catch up with friends.  Met up with most of my Prac class and spent a great afternoon come evening.  It is still astounding the changes that have taken place - Louise you have dramatically changed for the better in so many ways!

Now, Sunday the more mundane tasks of catching up with e-mails and planning the week ahead
